These terms are an agreement between SellableCRM ("we", "us") and the marketing agency that signs up for our service ("you"). By creating a hub account, adding a client or paying an invoice, you agree to them. If you're signing up for an agency, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf.
SellableCRM is run by Sabour Adeel, trading as SellableCRM, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: hello@sellablecrm.com
1. What we provide
SellableCRM is a white-label lead-to-close service for marketing agencies. For each client you add, we set up, test and maintain a lead-to-close system in an account built on HighLevel, under your agency's brand. You also get the agency hub, where you add clients, see results, edit message wording, raise tickets and manage billing.
The features in each client account are listed on our "What's included" page. We may improve or change features over time. If a change removes something a live client relies on, we'll tell you first.
2. Your hub account
- You're responsible for everyone you invite to your hub and for keeping logins secure.
- Everyone in your hub has full access, including billing, pausing and cancelling clients.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your hub without permission.
3. Your clients
- Your clients are your customers, not ours. You stay their point of contact, and we never contact them directly. Anything we need from them comes to you as a message to send.
- You're responsible for your own agreement with each client, including what you charge them.
- You confirm you have your client's permission to set up the account, connect their lead sources and send messages to their leads in their name.
- Client staff you add to an account get a standard user role. Admin access to the underlying account isn't provided, so the setup stays working.
4. Messaging rules
Texts, calls and emails go out in your client's name, so the rules below apply to every account.
- Your client must have a lawful basis to contact each lead, such as the lead asking to be contacted through a form, call or message. You must not upload or import purchased, rented or scraped lists.
- You and your client must follow the laws that apply to texts, calls and emails, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the US and CASL in Canada.
- Every text includes opt-out wording, which can't be removed. Anyone who opts out is not contacted again by text.
- SMS registration needs accurate details from your client (legal business name, tax ID and a contact person). Approval is decided by phone carriers, not by us, and can take days or longer. Carriers may also filter or block messages. We'll help fix anything they ask for, but we can't guarantee approval or delivery.
- Message wording you edit in the hub goes through automatic checks. Edits that get flagged are reviewed by our team, and we may decline wording that's likely to break carrier rules or the law.
- We may pause messaging on an account if we see spam complaints, carrier warnings or content that breaks these rules. We'll tell you why and work with you to fix it.
5. Fees and billing
All prices are in US dollars.
- Setup: $300 per client, charged when you confirm the client in your hub.
- Monthly fee: $175 per live client. It starts on your next invoice after the client's first channel goes live. There are no partial-month charges.
- Usage: texts, calls and email are passed through at cost-based rates. Usage is billed from your second invoice, as the previous month's usage, itemized per client. If a client's usage reaches $30 within a month, it's charged at that point.
- AI chat and voice agent: optional, billed per use, only if you switch it on.
- Custom work: builds outside the standard system (integrations, bespoke workflows, extra pages and funnels, data migration) cost $40 an hour. We quote first and only start after you approve.
- One invoice: all your clients are billed together on one monthly invoice. Payment is taken by card through Stripe.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we'll tell you and retry. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause your clients until it's paid.
- Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing our prices.
- Taxes: prices exclude any taxes that apply in your country. You're responsible for them.
6. Pausing a client
You can pause any client from your hub at any time. Paused clients aren't billed, and while a client is paused their leads aren't followed up. You can resume them from your hub.
7. Cancelling a client
- You can cancel any client from your hub, with no call required.
- The client stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can reinstate them at any time before then.
- You'll receive a full export of every lead and conversation for that client.
- If you cancel during onboarding, setup stops and no monthly fee is charged.
- Setup fee refunds are reviewed individually by our team.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period aren't refunded.
8. Cancelling your agency account
You can close your agency account by cancelling all your clients and emailing hello@sellablecrm.com. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms (including the messaging rules), don't pay, or use the service in a way that harms others. Except for serious or illegal misuse, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
9. Data
- You and your clients own your client data: leads, contacts, conversations and bookings. We use it only to run the service for you.
- How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. For your clients' lead data, we act on your behalf, and you (with your client) decide how it's used.
- After a client is cancelled, we keep their account data for 30 days so you can download the export or reinstate them, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
10. Support
Our team works Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. We aim to answer every ticket within 4 business hours. Fixes and updates to the standard system are included at no extra cost.
11. White-label and our brand
Everything your clients see carries your agency's brand. You may sell the service under your own brand and set your own prices. You may not resell access to the agency hub itself, copy our setups to use outside SellableCRM, or say that you are SellableCRM.
The hub, our setups, workflows, message templates and sales kit belong to us. You may use them while you're a customer. The content you and your clients provide stays yours.
12. Results
We build the system to answer and follow up every lead, but we can't guarantee a number of leads, bookings or sales. Those depend on your marketing, your client's business and how their team responds.
13. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including HighLevel, phone carriers, email providers and Stripe. We're not responsible for their outages, carrier decisions or changes they make, but we'll work to limit the impact on your clients.
14. Liability
The service is provided as described on our website and in these terms. To the extent the law allows:
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost clients or lost data caused by others.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
- You're responsible for claims caused by your or your client's content, contact lists or breach of messaging laws.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. Before going to court, we'll both try to resolve any dispute by talking first.
